You can find ways to feel better – faster!

We have a few new clients coming on board. Yeah! I love to see our community growing.

I also love showing them the “ropes” of Pilates whether it’s using foam rollers or the leather Reformer straps. It helps you slow down and recognize the intricacy of the work.

The fun part is seeing students get comfortable and create connections on their own. Working with a client who had a muscular knot anchored in her mid-back, she later shared how she worked out some release moves all on her own.

As you keep practicing, you’ll notice what used to kick up cycles of pain in your body changes, and you find ways to feel better – faster.

See, whether you’re just dipping your toe in or fully immersed, you begin to recognize Pilates is a vast body of knowledge. You could do the 34 exercises over and over, and keep finding ways to challenge yourself.

We’re all newbies, in a sense, because there’s always more lessons in deepening our connectivity.
