
There I was, marooned in the back cabin during beverage service and hard-pressed to get moving. So I reached for my Pilates practice and began experimenting with standing moves while the flight attendant moved trays around me.

Standing at 35,000 feet, I started pumping my arms for the 100’s and segued into the ab series. From there, I dovetailed into modified push-ups and lunges, with a few squats added for good measure.
